The date is set for the 3rd Annual Mountain Top Trot!

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 12th, 2013

Stay tuned for more info. This year’s event will be a hiking and trail running fundraiser event for all ages and levels. The longer 10-mile and shorter course options will be on again. We can’t wait!

Race Course MAPS

Alright folks, course maps are now posted for both the 5-mi and 10-mi routes under the “course info” tab on the webpage. We had a time getting the 5-mi ironed out, BIG THANKS to Kirby at East Coasters in Blacksburg for running around to get the distances right-o!

There will be 2 aid/water stations along the 10-mi run, one of which is mid-distance on the 5-miler. Both courses will be marked with brightly and separately colored, laminated arrow signs. A few pictures from the trail coming soon once the weather dries up!
We ordered plenty of extra technical race t-shirts so don’t let that stop you from signing up in advance for the 2nd Mountain Top Trot race at Mountain Lake!
